Fun in Cabot and Lil Sooners

Kristin and I had a good time during our weekend trip to Cabot. It went by fast, but it always seems too. Lindsay and Kristin had fun playing together, especially playing Mario Cart on the Wii. It rained pretty much all weekend. We went to Colton's on Saturday for a late lunch and when we left it was storming...needless to say, our spring family pictures have been postponed!

Fun playing Mario Cart

What goofballs!

Tonight was Kristin's first softball game of the season. Her team is the Lil Sooners. She did a great job, especially playing catcher for the first time ever. It's pretty funny watching some of the younger ones trying to figure out what to do. It was so hot during the game...I guess summer is on the way!

First time as catcher....

Up to bat

Playing second base

Ready for a bath, supper and bed!

Happy Easter!

We have had a good Easter even though Chris and Kristin have had a cold. Kristin has been running a low temp and has a nasty cough, so we decided to stay home today. As soon as Kristin woke up yesterday, she was ready to dye eggs. She had a great time and loved putting faces on the eggs. She even gave them names!

Early this morning I heard Kristin coughing and knew she would be getting up soon, and sure enough, she was patting my back wanting to know when we were getting up. She was ready to hunt eggs! Since it was raining, the Easter Bunny had to hide the eggs inside, but she still had fun.

And, of course, the Bunny went a little overboard, but I, err the Bunny, found great stuff at Dollar Tree! She was happier with the Rabbit Jumper, paper and crayons than the candy!

Next weekend we're going to Cabot and will have some spring pictures taken...I can't wait! Hope everyone has a great Easter!
