We didn't do much for the 4th this year...since it was on a Saturday, Chris had the day off, so we just hung out around the house. I grilled some chicken, but since it was raining, I had to grill in the garage/front porch area. The rain let up by late afternoon and we got to go see the fireworks. However while the fireworks were going on you could see storm clouds and lightnening back towards Oklahoma. It stormed most of the night, I think. Anyway, we had a good time...it was a nice day!

Lunch! We had BBQ chicken, BBQ baked beans and chips. YUM-O!
Of course we had watermelon even though I'm the only one who really likes it! Chris ate cherries and Kristin ate blueberries instead.
Off to see the fireworks! It was a cool night..only 79 degrees!

Kristin is such a little Laura in that new header pic! I really liked the Faded Glory shirts, but they didn't have baby sizes at our store so we just wore our Old Navy ones from 2006 and 2008!
I just had our watermelon for supper!
